Why work with me?

I have facilitated 500+ workshops across the country, engaging diverse communities in mental health, leadership, equity, and systems change.

  • Led statewide and national trainings for youth leaders, nonprofit professionals, and policymakers.

  • Designed and implemented equity-centered facilitation frameworks that enhance engagement and knowledge-sharing.

  • Partnered with government agencies, foundations, and grassroots organizations to provide dynamic, results-driven learning experiences.

Now at THR!VE: We continue to provide expert facilitation services, coalition-building support, and training development for your organization.

While leading program development in my previous roles, I designed and wrote state-level proposals securing 800K–$2M+ in funding per proposal to support long-term sustainability for mission-driven organizations. I’ve played a significant role in raising over $6 million dollars in the last 3.5 years. This includes funding from California’s Commission for Behavioral Health, the Children and Youth Behavioral Health Initiative, and Sierra Health Foundation’s Elevate Youth California Program.

Now at THR!VE: We offer comprehensive grant writing and fundraising strategy services to secure the funding you need to grow.

My past program design work has led to long-term, systemic change in the areas of LGBTQ+ inclusion and youth substance use prevention.

  • Designed the LGBTQ+ Inclusivity, Visibility, and Empowerment (LIVE) Program, a statewide initiative advancing equity for LGBTQ+ individuals.

  • Developed and implemented a three-year vision for a Substance Use Prevention Program, which resulted in new legislation, stronger protections for vulnerable youth, and renewed funding to sustain the prevention program.

Now at THR!VE: We specialize in program design that is research-backed, sustainable, and positioned for long-term policy impact.

During my time leading advocacy efforts in California, I mentored youth leaders to create a citywide public awareness campaign that reached hundreds of thousands of residents.

  • Led the development of multiple zines and a billboard and bus stop campaign in Los Angeles & Sacramento.

  • Mentored many youth leaders in collaboration with professional artists to create powerful visual campaigns.

  • Elevated public awareness around mental health, substance use resources, and youth advocacy.

Now at THR!VE: We bring expertise in creative storytelling, campaign strategy, and multimedia content development to amplify your mission.

I have led efforts to transform data into powerful advocacy tools, helping organizations communicate their impact and drive systemic change.

  • Developed the California Youth Empowerment Network’s State of the Community Report, a multimedia report capturing policy progress and funding impact.

  • Created a Youth Leadership Toolkit for the Mental Health Services Oversight & Accountability Commission (MHSOAC) to equip young advocates with policy engagement strategies that were developed through Youth Leadership Institute.

Now at THR!VE: We develop strategic reports, advocacy tools, and thought leadership content to strengthen your positioning and influence.
